No. Licenses can be booked and cancelled on a monthly basis. Nevertheless, scenarios exist where it is financially advantageous to book longer term contracts (keyword: VDI).
This depends on the details. If no pre-existing files need to be transferred, up to 20 work stations can be ready for email and data file use on the same day.
On request, we are willing to offer 360°-full service-support in all fields.
Our standard suites do not include the following optional services:
Starter Suite: Transfer of existing data, training, local PC/MAC
Support Suite: SHAREPOINT authorization, training support local PC (i.e. user installation & administration in Windows 10).
Total Transfer Suite: PST-development, transfer of file data and migration of more than one mail account per person.
